Organic palm olein is a product of palm oil fractioning. Depending on the quality of the raw material and the melting point of the palm oil used, the yield of organic palm olein amounts to approximately 80 per cent. Organic palm olein is especially heat-stable and can be stored for long periods of time; it is particularly suitable for cooking and deep frying. Alternatively, it can be used as an excellent base oil for cooking and deep-frying purposes, which you can refine with our specialty oils. Also used in salad dressings and sauces.
